Foundation Cracks
Foundation cracks may not look that serious until they start letting moisture seep into your home - which is what will happen if you choose to ignore this problem. These cracks can be in a stair-step, horizontal, or vertical pattern. They are often caused by foundation settlement, or from hydrostatic pressure being applied to the walls, causing walls to bow and buckle.
Foundations cracks can be fixed by injecting polyurethane deep into the cracks. In the case of bowing walls, Rhino Carbon Fiber Wall Supports can be installed to realign and straighten the walls.
Concrete Leveling
When the soil underneath a concrete slab is pushed away, a void is left in its place. When pressure applies to that slab, cracks begin to form since there isn't soil to provide support to the slab. Fortunately, you no longer have to deal with cracked and sinking concrete slabs.
We offer an effective solution to cracked and sinking concrete slabs. Instead of replacing the damaged slab, we can lift it back to level by injecting foam material underneath the slab. This process is known as polyjacking (also called foam jacking) and is a more efficient alternative to slabjacking or mudjacking. Some of the advantages polyjacking possess over mudjacking include a quicker curing time, more cost efficient, and will last longer than using mudjacking slurry. This solution is used for a variety of residential and commercial applications like:
- Basement floors
- Driveways
- Garage floors
- Pool decks
- Steps
- Sidewalks
- Parking lots
